"Joining the program was a lot of money for me at the time but we’ve already 3Xed the business and that doesn't even include what's on the horizon… In the next 2 months, I could 10x the business.”
Kevin was a classic “sleeper.” An entrepreneur with all the potential in the world… but he was hiding it… Both from others and from himself.
He had already bought 3 businesses but he just wasn’t showing up. It was a 30% version of himself. One far below his real potential.
In his words:
“The issue I was trying to solve was my mindset, right? There's so many things in mindset… but I knew that I was not seeing myself in the right light.
When things were hard, I used to think they were just either impossible or not worth doing."
One day I got this email from him:
“It’s time. ARENA!”
And we got to work. Not on the business, but on the man.
On figuring out why someone as capable as him was shying away from challenges. Why someone as smart as him felt like he shouldn’t step up, say what he wants and go for it.
We challenged some core beliefs he had about who he is and how he defined his capabilities and opportunities… And once we did that, everything shifted.

There are very few people that will do that for you. Everybody’s so caring and cuddling and sometimes you just need to hear how it is, but from somebody that also cares so much.
Itamar’s life-changing because he will tell you how it is.”
So why was Kevin able to have such a life-changing shift (both for himself and his business) inside a short 6-week span?
Because he made a decision. He decided to step up, get real and put himself in the right environment:
“When you get in that group of people who really want to do the hard work, it's huge.”
He got honest, looked at himself in the mirror and accepted constructive criticism, even when it was difficult. He did what pros do.
And the results showed.
Kevin’s thoughts about the Arena and who it’s NOT for:
“If you're not going to be open, not going to be truthful with yourself, not willing to take criticism.
if you're not okay with people giving you constructive criticism… It's not for you.
Sometimes it's brutal hearing the feedback, but it's constructive, and it's given to you in a good way.
But if you're not willing to take that and work on it, it's not the place."
On a personal level it’s amazing to see Kevin be able to access his full bank of abilities and win… but the really cool thing?
His change of identity. He’s a true winner now and it’s clearly visible to others.
In a conference we both attended at the end of last year I had 4 people approach me and say, “Dude, WTF happened to Kevin? He’s lost weight and just has a different vibe. He says it’s The Arena stuff…”
Kevin is a sleeper no more… He’s a winner.
