Payments and Refunds

Payments for Services are processed through third-party platforms, including ThriveCart and bank transfer.
For the Arena program, if you do not experience results by the end of the program (prior to the final Q&A call), you may request a full refund.
For one-on-one coaching, if after your first session you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund.
All refund requests must comply with the conditions communicated at the time of purchase. Except as expressly stated, all sales are final.
